AI Governance Readiness Review
Companies are adopting AI faster than they can govern it. This four-phase review, assessed against ISO/IEC 42001 and the NIST AI RMF, closes that gap and tells you what to do first.
Four phases, four deliverables
- Context and scoping. Kickoff workshop and stakeholder interviews. You receive an AIMS Scope and Context Summary.
- Control gap analysis. Policies, data governance, and oversight tested against ISO and NIST controls. You receive a Control Traceability and Gap Matrix.
- Risk register. Operational, regulatory, data provenance, prompt security, and ethical risk scenarios. You receive a Qualitative AI Risk Register.
- Roadmap and briefing. A prioritized roadmap and a 60-minute executive briefing. You receive an AI Readiness Report.

Scope, timeline, and fee are agreed in writing before work begins. For a mid-sized organization a review typically takes four to eight weeks, depending on size and complexity.
